1. Initial Meeting
-
The initial plans are discussed including the preliminary menu selection. At
this time you discuss your ideas about the wedding, such as the menu,
beverages, flowers, wedding cake, whether the event type is a sit-down dinner,
station or buffet, the wedding site, photographs and special concerns such as valet parking, etc.
2. Initial Proposal is Sent to Client
-We will send the proposal to you via fax, e-mail, or postal mail. Please call
when you receive your proposal to discuss any questions or revisions you may
have regarding the menu. 3. Having made the
decision to commit to Flavours Personal Chef & Catering Service, a signed contact to hold the date
accompanied by 50% deposit of pre-total agreed upon. 4. Arrange a Meeting
at the Wedding Site
- During this meeting, you will coordinate event details
with a party manager from Flavours Catering, a rental company representative,
and perhaps the florist, wedding coordinator, and music representative. 5. Tasting Arrangements - We are happy to arrange a tasting if desired. We will come to your home and prepare a display of tasting samples for you. If coming to your home to prepare the tasting is inconvenient, we can prepare a drop-off order for you. Most of our clients taste appetizers, sauces and smaller versions of the entrée course. Please call us in advance to make arrangements. 6. Final Revisions
of Menu are sent to Client
- After your tasting we will fax, mail, or e-mail
the final proposal to you. Please call Flavours Catering with additional
questions and we will have your party manager contact you. 7. Final Count &
Deposit -
7 days prior to the wedding please call us and inform us of your
final attendee count. Final payment will be due 7 days prior to the wedding. If
there are any unexpected needs the day of the wedding, a statement reflecting
the remainder of your bill will be sent the week following your wedding. 8. Flavours Personal Chef & Catering looks
forward to your wedding day! |
