Flavours Personal Chef Service prepares delicious personalized meals for you and your family in your home. You customize the meals from a wide variety of menu choices provided, or from your own family favorites.

Flavours Personal Chef Service shops for the groceries and the meals are then prepared, packaged, labeled with specific heating instructions, and stored in your refrigerator or freezer. The kitchen is left spotless and your house smelling wonderful!

Flavours Personal Chef Service will:

·      Examine your food preferences, likes and dislikes

·      Take note of any allergies and/or special dietary requirements

·      Recommend menu choices

·      Assist you in preparing a customized meal plan

·      Schedule a cooking day

On the cooking day:

·      Shop for all groceries needed for meals

·      Prepare the meals (entrees and side dish for each) in your kitchen

·      Package, label and store each meal in either the refrigerator or freezer

·      Supply complete heating and serving instructions for all meals

·      Leave your kitchen spotless and smelling wonderful!

Pricing

Flavours Personal Chef service includes an initial consultation/assessment, planning and preparation, shopping, cooking, packaging, storage and clean up.  Starting as low as $250* Fees do not include the price of groceries.  Each package is customized for the client, and specific pricing will be based on client's needs and the frequency of their service.  Below is just a small sample of the packages available:

Standard Packages

Serves a family of 4 for a week; a single person for 1 month; or a couple for 2 weeks.

5 x 4 Package

5 entrees, four portions each = 20 servings
Our most popular package provides the best value for your money.

Serves a single person 8 meals; or a couple for 4 days. 

4 x 2 Fresh Service Package

4 entrees, two portions each = 8 servings
This meal plan was designed for those who prefer fresh service on a more frequent basis.

Serves a family of 4 for a week; a single person for 1 month; or a couple for 2 weeks.

3 x 4 Family Package

3 entrees, 4 portions each = 12 servings
I created this plan for busy families who need a break from cooking now and then. These meals are always packaged "family style".
