Personal Chef Enjoy a nutritious, delicious and healthy meal with your family or guests prepared by your own personal chef without the worry of planning, shopping or cleanup. I will prepare a fabulous meal for you to heat and serve, or stay for the duration of your dinner or catering event to serve and clean up.  I am also available for catering services, menu planning and shopping.  If your diet is your focus, we can offer advise on portion control and heart healthy menus or specialized diets such as: SouthBeach, Atkins, Diabetes  diets.  Only the freshest ingredients will be used for your meal or dinner event. 

Flavours Cooking Classes We will give you a culinary assessment/ kitchen inspection to determine what custom course you need. You have a choice of a private one-on-one cooking class; a dinner party buffet cooking class; a dinner party served by a wait staff; a small group demonstration class or a small participation cooking class. Three hours of cooking and eating time is included. Recipes on what is prepared that day are provided.
